Springtime brings with it a sense of renewal, growth, and the promise of new beginnings. And what better way to celebrate this season of blooming friendships than with our Spring Big Little Reveals!
Big Little is between an older member (the Big) and a newer member (the Little). This relationship is typically established through a process called "Big Little Matching" or "Big Little Reveal," where older members (Bigs) are paired with newer members (Littles) based on mutual interests, personalities, and sometimes shared values. The Big serves as a mentor, guide, and friend to their Little, offering support, advice, and a sense of belonging within Gamma Phi.
To all the Bigs and Littles embarking on this journey together, your adventures be many, and your hearts forever intertwined. Here's to the start of something beautiful!
