A letter from our Membership Vice President...

Dear Potential New Members,

Stepping out of your comfort zone can often be a difficult task. For me, stepping out of my comfort zone was registering for recruitment as an incoming freshman. My first party of round 1 was at Gamma Phi Beta and I instantly knew, this experience was more than finding a chapter, it is about finding a home.

Gamma Phi Beta has provided me with an incredible support system. Sisters and friends who cheer me on and have led me to become a confident friend, sister, daughter, and leader. Joining this chapter has allowed me to create connections and friendships across Panhellenic. The women of Gamma Phi Beta and Panhellenic have been pivotal in my college experience and shaping who I am.

To the Potential New Members starting this journey, this process may feel overwhelming at times but I know the loving and loyal lifelong friendships and memories that are waiting for you. No matter where you find your home in the Panhellenic community, you will join a sisterhood that supports and empowers you. I encourage you to trust the process and embrace every moment because I am confident you will find your home just as I did.

As Membership Vice President, I am honored to welcome women into our chapter who are searching for a place to call their home and for a sisterhood to call their support system.

Sometimes, all it takes is stepping out of your comfort zone. Our sisters cannot wait to meet you!

With love,

Sophia Safrin
