A letter from our Membership Vice President...
Dear Potential New Members,

Stepping into the unknown was daunting, but going through recruitment opened doors I never could have imagined, shaping my college experience in the most incredible ways. Gamma Phi Beta didn’t just give me a place to belong—it gave me a home, a support system, and a sisterhood that has been the foundation of my personal growth.
Through this chapter, I have built lifelong friendships, discovered confidence in my leadership, and formed meaningful connections across the Panhellenic and FSU communities. More than anything, my sisters have been my greatest source of strength, encouragement, and joy. Their unwavering support has pushed me to embrace challenges, step into leadership roles, and become the best version of myself.
To the potential new members beginning this journey, I know how overwhelming this process can feel, but I also know the lifelong friendships and opportunities that await you. No matter where you find your home within Panhellenic, you will gain a sisterhood that uplifts and empowers you. I encourage you to trust the process and embrace every moment, because just like I did, you will find the people who will shape your college experience in the best way possible.
Now, as Membership Vice President, I am honored to welcome incredible women into this sisterhood—women who, like me, may be searching for their place and will soon discover that Gamma Phi Beta is where they truly belong.
